This series consists of a report to the General Assembly of Ala. of the collection of debts made in full by the commissioners of the Branch Bank according to the Act of 1846. Included are the county name, the date of collection, the name of the debtor, the good, bad, doubtful, or unknown amount of the debt, when the note was due, amount the commissioner was paid for the collection, and how the debt was settled. Also included may be the amount of principle, interest, and cost of each debt.
